研究科長・教授 田中延弘

In the 21st century, entrepreneurship is increasingly becoming important in the wide range of human activities including business, art, science and social activities. It is important in both urban and rural areas in both developed and developing economies. GIES believes that entrepreneurial skills could be learned and acquired through education, and that our curriculum enables students to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and the way to implement it. The curriculum of GIES comprises such 6 major academic fields rerated to business creation and management as Management Strategy & Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Information & Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Business Environment. Instead of thesis, students of GIES are expected to complete their elaborate business plans to be used when they have decided to launch themselves into the entrepreneurial life. Through the small group tutorials with experienced teaching staff, the students’ business ideas are progressively turn into the business models, action plans and financial estimations, and finally into the business plans. We look forward to accepting aspiring people as our students from various groups of age, professional background and the nationality.
